NGOGCN focuses on developing a comprehensive knowledge base by generating and managing information that supports its programming and decision-making processes. To achieve this, the organization will leverage research and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems to collect relevant data and insights. This information will be processed and organized in a user-friendly format, ensuring it is easily accessible and actionable for both the organization and its members. By prioritizing effective information management, NGOGCN aims to enhance its programming and decision-making, ensuring all activities are evidence-based and aligned with its strategic goals. Ultimately, this approach will enable the organization to share valuable knowledge with stakeholders, empowering them to make informed decisions that contribute to gender equality and women’s empowerment in Malawi.
