In line with our vision and mission, NGOGCN's programme focuses on five thematic areas, alongside addressing cross-cutting issues, which guide our strategic direction over the next five years. Our programs are designed to address capacity building, research, advocacy, resource mobilization, and enhance the visibility of women’s rights at both national and international levels. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more inclusive and equitable society, where the voices of women and marginalized groups are heard and their rights are protected.
NGOGCN’s work is grounded in a commitment to continuous improvement, adjusting our strategies as needed to respond to emerging issues and the evolving needs of our members and communities. With a robust network, effective resource management, and evidence-based decision-making, we strive to create lasting positive change for gender equality and women’s empowerment in Malawi.
